if anyone would like to learn a couple tricks for carving pumpkins:

- dont cut out the top to scoop out the seeds, cut out the bottom instead. this way the pumpkin doesnt cave in on itself and lasts longer
- sprinkle some cinnamon inside at the top after carving. this way when you put the candle in it smells like pumpkin pie

My friend in the UK told me that they only see their father like 2-3 times a year because they live so far away. When I asked how far do they live, they said that it’s a 45 minute drive……. my commute to work, five days a week is an hour.

i think the reason all those young lesbians are posting about wanting to hold hands with a girl and do generally chaste things with a girl is because a shit ton of young lesbians have never experienced shit like holding hands romantically or kissing a girl. and thats why thats all young lesbians post about; they want to experience something that probably isnt going to happen unless they seek it out. and its hard. its hard as fucking hell when youre a 15 year old lesbian who has never had a girlfriend or held hands with a girl or done anything with a girl… and youre touch starved.

of course the first thing young lesbians are concerned about is meeting milestones that straight people meet in middle school. its that feeling of isolation and loneliness.

lonely because most lesbians come out later in life, and if you come out young, youre lucky you figured it out but unlucky due to the lack of lesbians around you.

lonely because young lesbians are watching their straight peers have sex and make commitments when they havent even had a crush.

lonely because the lesbian experience is isolating.
